Mr Simon Teo, an athletic coach of Riam Road Secondary School, fell to his death at a slope at Canada Hill here at around 2.30 pm on 9th Dec 2008. He was leading a group of students along a jungle trekking track when the incident happened.The students quickly came out from the jungle to seek help for their coach.Firemen were at the scene to take Simon to the hospital a few minutes after they were contacted.However, Simon, 71, was confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital, fire officials said.
